Attach the shipping label on the outside of the parcel you will hand to the courier and place the other form (the larger one) inside the parcel. It costs you nothing and with a small gesture you will help protect the environment.
FOR-EVER’s policy is to fully respect your privacy: we will not ask for any sensitive personal data, and we do not even need your e-mail address. We only ask for a signature (scribbled or just your initials) on the internal form to certify that the garment is being sent for recycling.
