materials containing pure or noble blended compositions such as wool, alpaca, cashmere, pure cotton, and others ,makes it possible to recycle them and reintroduce a regenerated yarn of good quality into the market.<\/p><p data-start=\"602\" data-end=\"918\">Once the garment has been produced through the new supply chain, the material returned at end-of-life will consist mainly of fibers directly obtained from the recycling of the product developed within the project. After being used by the consumer, these items are collected through designated recovery centers and returned to the partner companies.<\/p><p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1233\">This will make it possible to support the transition from traditional production processes to system-oriented approaches that take into account the principles of the circular economy: efficient use of natural resources, the adoption of renewable energy, reduced or eliminated waste generation, and proper end-of-life product management.<\/p><p data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1475\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The project aims to generate a strong impact on the traditional production chain, enabling its transformation from a \u201cLINEAR\u201d model (input materials, processing, quality control, market release) to a \u201cCIRCULAR\u201d model.<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1940\">The latter includes the return to the company of materials obtained through reuse \u2014 coming both from the external market and from internal production waste \u2014 and encompasses all stages of the production cycle: product design, yarn and fabric manufacturing, quality control, distribution, consumption analysis, and reuse. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>as well as economic incentive systems for consumers who choose to return used FOR-EVER garments into the production nuove risorse, passando per\u00a0raccolta, selezione, igienizzazione e lavorazione meccanica o chimica per ottenere nuove fibre (cotone, lana, poliestere) da cui creare nuovi filati e tessuti, riducendo sprechi e impatto ambientale. Questo ciclo si basa su riuso (second-hand), riciclo (downcycling in stracci, imballaggi, o upcycling in nuove fibre) e talvolta compostaggio, con l&#8217;obiettivo di sostituire le materie prime vergini.<span class=\"uJ19be notranslate\" data-wiz-uids=\"mDo1bf_e,mDo1bf_f,mDo1bf_g\" data-processed=\"true\"><span class=\"vKEkVd\" data-animation-atomic=\"\" data-wiz-attrbind=\"class=mDo1bf_e\/TKHnVd;\" data-processed=\"true\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span> Tuttavia il riciclo infinito non \u00e8 sempre possibile, molto dipende dal tipo di fibra, ad esempio la Lana pu\u00f2 essere riciclata 4 \/ 5 volte, poi deve essere comunque smaltita. Il Sistema FOR-EVER grazie alla sua tecnologia e caratteristiche dei filati ottenuti da riciclo , rende le fibre riciclabili teoricamente infinite volte; In quanto la resa cromatica dei filati ottenuti \u00e8\u00a0 data dal susseguirsi di brevi tratti di toni sfumati e di effetti &#8220;bottonati&#8221; incostanti e irripetibili che creano campi di colore diversificati e casuali.
